BACKGROUND - Bill Schroeder possesses an extensive amount of executive level consulting experience including process improvement, project planning and management, and system implementation. His consulting experience spans more than 15 years. Bill has been successful both in the consulting arena and as an executive. A key to Bill's success is his ability to integrate strong project and financial management with excellent communications and facilitation skills.
CORPORATE EXPERIENCE - Bill worked for Technology Solutions Corporation (consulting) for 3+ years as Vice-President in Managed Support Services. He was responsible for presales and sales, contract development, account management as well as the relationships with the supporting business partners.
Other corporate experiences included 2.5 years with Syntrex Technologies as Vice President of Administration and after-market support. This included administration, sales plans, compensation, service and software support; six years at Harris Corporation as an I.T. executive (CIO) responsible for all aspects of systems planning, management, operations and support for $500M business unit; and 10 years within the IT organization at Mack Trucks including project management and systems development and ultimately management of those functions.
CORPORATE ACTIVITIES - Other corporate activities include serving on boards of Paragon Communications Services during incorporation and business start-up, and The Golf Club of Georgia as Treasurer, Board of Directors of this prestigious private club. EDUCATION - Bill has a BA Economics, from King's College; and an MBA in Finance, from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
MILITARY - Bill Served in the U.S. Army from 11/69 - 11/71.
